Hua Yin 华寅

Hua Yin graduated from China University of Political Science and Law in 1996 and worked in the legal department of ICBC's Wuxi branch handling letters of credit, international finance and foreign exchange before joining Jinhuiren Law Firm in 1999 as partner and deputy director. He specializes in corporate restructuring, overseas capital investment, company formation and real estate, and has served as chief counsel for the largest foreign-invested project in Jiangsu's IT industry. He trained at the University of Maryland on international trade remedy legal services in 2008.
