Huang Jianwen is a partner at King & Wood Mallesons, head of its pharmaceutical and healthcare practice and director of its Belt and Road international cooperation center. Her practice focuses on domestic and cross-border investment, M&A and general corporate work. She represented Tianjin Pharmaceutical Group and Darentang in the approximately RMB 4.5 billion sale of a 33% stake in SmithKline Beecham China, advised Luye Pharma on asset sales and licensing with AstraZeneca across 51 international markets, and acted on numerous Belt and Road investment projects.
