Huang Kan 黄侃

Huang Kan holds an LLB from Zhejiang Gongshang University and a master's degree in international business from the University of Nottingham. He chairs the Taizhou Bar Association's international trade and maritime committee and serves on the Zhejiang Bar Association's Belt and Road and maritime committees, and is an arbitrator at the Taizhou Arbitration Commission. His practice covers civil and commercial representation, corporate legal affairs, finance and investment, maritime matters, foreign-related legal services and administrative cases, including the major 'Lianghui 688' bridge-collision incident.
