Huang Leibi 黄磊碧

Huang Leibi is a senior partner at S&P Law Firm based in Hefei, holding a PhD in financial law from Renmin University and previously serving as a high court judge and central SOE in-house counsel. He is deputy secretary-general of the Beijing Bar Association's Belt and Road legal service research association, and has extensive experience in central SOE foreign-related work, overseas M&A, overseas investment and financing and major international engineering projects.
