Huang Peng is a partner at Han Kun Law Offices' Hangzhou office with over 20 years of practice in cross-border investment, private equity investment and financing and cross-border dispute resolution, with extensive experience in red-chip structures, cross-border M&A, foreign investment, offshore financing and complex commercial disputes in both Chinese and English.
