Huang Rong 黄溶

Huang Rong is a partner at AllBright Law Offices' Kunming branch, holding a law degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and a legal English degree from Sichuan International Studies University, with exchange study in Russia. She focuses on Southeast Asian cross-border investment and M&A, litigation and arbitration, IP and labor law, and has advised leading semiconductor and new-energy enterprises on investments in Singapore, Thailand, Korea and Indonesia, and compiled translations of Southeast Asian laws and policies.
