Huang Shan 黄珊

Huang Shan holds an undergraduate degree from China University of Political Science and Law and an LLM in maritime law from the University of Southampton, and is a Ministry of Justice and All China Lawyers Association national foreign-related Leading Talent. She is deputy secretary-general of the Jilin Bar Association and chair of the Changchun Bar Association's foreign-related committee, specializing in international commercial cases and Belt and Road legal risk prevention, assisting Chinese enterprises with outbound investment and M&A and participating in international negotiations and litigation.
