Huang Xiaolan 黄笑岚

Huang Xiaolan is a senior partner at Yingke Law Firm's Dongguan office and a member of the Guangdong Lawyers Association's foreign-related Pioneer Talent Pool, serving clients in Japan, Thailand, the United States, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Germany. She holds a management degree from Guangdong University of Technology and an LLM in international law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. With more than 25 years of experience across accounting and law firms, she currently serves as deputy director of the Dongguan Bar Association's securities, finance and capital markets committee and is a member of the Guangdong Bar Association's tax law committee.
