Jia Shengnan 贾圣囡

Jia Shengnan holds a PhD in maritime law from City, University of London and a master's degree from Lund University and the World Maritime University. As a partner at Tahota Law Firm (Beijing), she focuses on maritime and admiralty and banking and finance, and has handled numerous commercial, financial and maritime cases before the Supreme People's Court and high courts. She has provided expert opinions as a Chinese commercial law expert witness to the LCIA, and is a member of the LMAA, an arbitrator at Hainan International Arbitration Court, and a member of the Beijing Bar Association's maritime law committee.
