Jiang Yang 姜洋

Jiang Yang is a partner at Qiushi Hexin Law Firm and director of its investment and financing and foreign-related research centers, holding an LLM from Aoyama Gakuin University in Japan. He is a special consultant to the Malian and Central African embassies and head of the Weifang youth foreign-related legal service team, and was awarded the Shandong foreign-related Leading Talent prize in 2020. He specializes in cross-border investment, corporate M&A, equity structure design and SOE reform, and has helped Chinese enterprises acquire assets in the US, Europe, Japan and Africa.
