Jiang Yun 蒋贇

Jiang Yun is a full-time lawyer and deputy director of the maritime research center at Liuhe Law Firm, a CFA charterholder admitted in England and Wales and holding an LLM from University College London. He focuses on corporate compliance, capital markets, enterprise going-global and family wealth succession, including foreign-related compliance systems, cross-border trade risk control, cross-border investment and financing, overseas joint ventures, international commercial arbitration and foreign-related contract disputes, and led an LMAA ship sale dispute for a Zhejiang enterprise.
