Jin Xin 金鑫

Jin Xin is a full-time lawyer at Yingke Law Firm's Xi'an office and director of its going-global legal and business platform, and a first-batch Shaanxi foreign-related Leading Talent whose cases have been collected as classics by the Ministry of Justice's 'three centers', including Shaanxi Coal Group's Indonesia branch project. He edited a guide to Kazakhstan investment and co-led a China-Europe freight train bill of lading research project, and holds LLM degrees from Tsinghua University and Temple University, specializing in long-term counsel, international trade, investment and value management, and IP.
