Jin Ying 金瑛

Jin Ying is a partner at Yingke Law Firm's Shenyang office, holding an LLB from Sun Yat-sen University and an LLM from the University of Warwick, with further study at Harvard University and Korea University, working in Mandarin, Cantonese, English and Korean. She is a CIArb member, a CEDR-certified international commercial mediator, and a Ministry of Justice foreign-related lawyer. She served as Korea country coordinator for the Belt and Road legal environment report and has advised numerous Korean, North Korean and foreign enterprises on outbound investment, cross-border M&A, international trade and foreign-related litigation and arbitration.
