John holds an LLM in commercial law from the University of Edinburgh and an LLB from Zhejiang University, specializing in international arbitration, outbound investment and corporate work. He has handled numerous outbound investment projects involving Hong Kong, Japan, Russia, the UK, Germany, Finland, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, Iran, Nigeria and Kenya, and has provided legal services in international arbitrations including HKIAC, SIAC, LMAA and CIETAC.
