Li Cheng 李城

Li Cheng graduated from Dalian Maritime University's international maritime law department and served as corporate counsel in the Yantai Port Authority's legal affairs office before practicing at Binhai Zhengda Law Firm since 2000, now as director and senior partner. He is deputy director of the Shandong Bar Association's maritime committee and an arbitrator at the Yantai Arbitration Commission, specializing in economic, foreign-related, maritime and international trade matters.
