Li Jinhua 李金华

Li Jinhua holds a master's degree in international economic law from Fudan University and previously served as senior legal counsel for Suntech Power, the first Chinese private company listed on the NYSE. He has extensive experience in corporate law, compliance and internationalization, specializing in corporate law, restructuring and M&A, energy engineering, cross-border investment and international commercial dispute resolution across smart manufacturing, new energy, construction, biopharma and textile industries. He is an IPBA and ASA member and a Ministry of Justice national foreign-related lawyer, working in Chinese and English.
