Li Malin 李玛林

Li Malin is a partner at Grandall Law Firm (Nanjing), practicing since 2000 in maritime and admiralty, international trade, and banking and insurance disputes. He has handled nearly a thousand maritime cases before maritime courts across China and international arbitration institutions in Singapore, the UK and Hong Kong, and is expert in bills of lading, customs declarations, charterparties and UCP600 letters of credit, having recovered around RMB 1 billion for export enterprises such as Sumec Group. He is selected into the Ministry of Justice's national foreign-related lawyer talent pool and serves as a CMAC arbitrator.
