Li Wen 李雯

Li Wen is a partner at Guantao Law Firm's Tianjin office and managing partner of its free trade office, holding an LLB from Nankai University and an LLM from the University of Southampton, and is a Ministry of Justice and All China Lawyers Association foreign-related Leading Talent. Her practice covers corporate governance, corporate outbound investment, M&A, international trade and antitrust, and she has helped Chinese enterprises complete over 30 overseas investments, serving as vice president of the Tianjin Bar Association.
