Li Xibao holds an LLB from Wuhan University of Science and Technology and an LLM in civil and commercial law from China University of Political Science and Law, and is deputy party branch secretary and head of the finance and insurance practice at Duan & Duan Law Firm's Jinan office. He specializes in finance and capital markets, factoring and supply chain finance and dispute resolution, and has advised Shandong Gold, Chenming Paper and Qilu Pharmaceutical, recovering over RMB 400 million in receivables, and has handled foreign-related disputes involving a Canadian Chinese national and a Hong Kong company.
