Li Zhuying 李竹影

Li Zhuying is a partner at Hylands Law Firm (Nanjing), practicing since 2001 and advising cross-border clients on commercial transactions, corporate governance, IP protection, international trade and high-tech innovation. She is one of the few Chinese lawyers able to represent clients in English-language arbitration, having appeared independently and won at the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and Spanish arbitration institutions, with distinctive experience in overseas compliance, US export-control compliance and cross-border M&A compliance. She is a member of the Ministry of Justice's foreign-related talent pool and a CIETAC arbitrator.
