Liang Shuang 梁爽

Liang Shuang is an equity partner at Tianhe Law Firm, holding a master's degree in law from the University of Science and Technology of China and a PhD candidate in civil and commercial law at China University of Political Science and Law. She is deputy director of the Anhui Bar Association's foreign-related committee and focuses on securities and capital markets, private equity and venture capital, foreign-related and cross-border investment and financing, and state-owned assets.
