Liu Maotong 刘茂通

Liu Maotong is a CPC member practicing since 2002 and chief partner and party branch secretary of Maotong Law Firm. He serves as a deputy to the National Lawyers Congress, a member of the All China Lawyers Association's arbitration committee and a Jiangsu CPPCC member. He is an arbitrator at the Kyrgyzstan Chamber of Commerce International Arbitration Court, the Thailand-China International Arbitration and Mediation Center and the World Arbitration Center, and several domestic arbitration commissions. His practice covers corporate risk prevention, IP, legal training, foreign-related and civil and commercial matters, and construction. Working languages: Chinese and English.
