Liu Rong 刘蓉

Liu Rong holds master's degrees in international maritime law from Swansea University and international law from Dalian Maritime University, and previously worked at law firms in the UK and Germany before becoming director of Globe-Law Law Firm's Dalian office. A first-batch national foreign-related Leading Talent, she is an arbitrator at CMAC, the Shanghai Arbitration Commission and the Dalian International Arbitration Court, and has provided litigation and non-litigation services to central SOEs, multinationals, banks, insurers and port companies over 20 years.
