Liu Yongzhao 留永昭

Liu Yongzhao holds an LLM from Peking University and joined JunHe LLP in 2004 after working at China National Petroleum Corporation. His practice focuses on domestic and overseas listings, banking and finance, corporate M&A, private equity and foreign investment, and he has participated in landmark listings including China Merchants Bank and ZTE's Hong Kong IPOs, and advised on the establishment of two private banks and numerous M&A transactions.
