Liu Zhicheng 刘志成

Liu Zhicheng has served as long-term or special counsel to dozens of enterprises, including wholly foreign-owned companies from the US, Germany, Italy, Finland, Spain, Japan, Korea and Hong Kong, providing full-process services for formation, operation, equity transfer and liquidation, overseas receivables recovery and overseas listings, and setting up companies in Hong Kong, Australia, Japan and Korea. He has drafted thousands of contracts including hundreds in English and negotiated in English hundreds of times, and interned at Holding Redlich in Australia on cross-border M&A and IPO projects.
