Liu Zhu 刘竹

Liu Zhu is an equity partner at Zhong Lun Law Firm (Nanjing) with over 20 years of practice in foreign-invested enterprise and company law, including foreign investment, operations, M&A and compliance. He regularly assists European headquarters with investment and M&A in China and advises US, German, Italian and Dutch companies on their Nanjing joint ventures and regional headquarters, and has acted on cross-border acquisitions including Hengshen Group's acquisition of a German company.
