Liu Zonghong 刘宗宏

Liu Zonghong is director, global partner and senior partner at DeHeng Law Offices' Fuzhou office, holding an LLB from China University of Political Science and Law and an LLM from Xiamen University, with nearly 30 years of practice. He was selected into the Ministry of Justice's national foreign-related lawyer talent pool in 2019 and covers corporate compliance, foreign investment, M&A, financing and listing, tax planning and dispute resolution, having served as chief coordinator for the first GEM-to-main-board transfer listing in Hong Kong.
