Lu Lei 陆蕾

Lu Lei is a partner at Manxiu Law Firm, holding an LLB from China University of Political Science and Law and an LLM from the London School of Economics, with 12 years of bilingual practice in foreign direct investment, cross-border M&A, finance and investment. She has handled a Sino-German solar joint venture, a US listed company's acquisition of a Chinese heat exchanger company and a Chinese acquisition of a French auto manufacturer, and was selected into the Ministry of Justice's national foreign-related lawyer talent pool in 2018.
