Lu Ting 陆婷

Lu Ting is a director and senior partner at Dentons (Nanjing) and co-lead of Dentons China's cross-border and trade committee. Practicing since 2007, she holds an LLM in international commercial law from the University of Washington and was admitted in New York State in 2012. She specializes in corporate governance, M&A, investment and financing, cross-border work and general counsel, having handled overseas energy investments and cross-border acquisitions for central SOEs and represented clients at SIAC, HKIAC, CIETAC and the American Arbitration Association. She is in the Ministry of Justice's national foreign-related lawyer talent pool.
