Luo Cheng 罗成

Luo Cheng holds a bachelor's degree in law from Foshan University and a master's degree in international law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. He previously served at the Foshan foreign economic and trade bureau and commerce promotion bureau before entering practice in 2021. He focuses on trade remedies and cross-border disputes, having handled antidumping and countervailing cases for spring and injection-molding machine manufacturers, overseas divorce and inheritance matters, and Dubai outbound investment certificates.
