Lv Jing 吕静

Lv Jing holds a master's degree in maritime law from Shanghai Maritime University and is a senior partner and supervisory board chair, covering maritime and admiralty (shipbuilding, collision, foreign-related marine casualties, mis-delivery), international trade (sale of goods, letters of credit, cross-border guarantees) and bankruptcy reorganization. He has handled the recognition and enforcement of London and Hong Kong arbitral awards in China and represented international shipping companies in shipbuilding and export cases.
