Ma Qun 马群

Ma Qun is chief partner of Taihe Law Firm and president of the Jiangsu Belt and Road international legal service alliance. He studied at the American Asian Law Institute in 1988 and worked at law firms in London and Hong Kong in 1992–1993. His practice covers company law, securities law, foreign investment, international trade, joint ventures and the establishment and operation of VC and PE funds. He is an arbitrator at the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration and a member of the All China Lawyers Association's foreign affairs committee.
