Ma Yanhui 马艳晖

Ma Yanhui is a founding partner of Guozun Law Firm, with an LLB from Manchester Metropolitan University and a bachelor's degree from Dalian Maritime University. His practice covers corporate and commercial law, trade and maritime matters and cross-border dispute resolution, drawing on over 30 years in foreign-related legal services, including over a decade as in-house counsel at SOEs and over 20 years in private practice. He is selected into the Ministry of Justice's national foreign-related lawyer talent pool and has been consistently recommended by Chambers Asia-Pacific and Legal 500.
