Mao Jumin 毛居民

Mao Jumin is chair of the partners' meeting and deputy director of Zhuozheng Law Firm, holding a master's degree in international law and dual bachelor's degrees in Chinese and English, practicing since 1999 after working as a teacher and English translator. He specializes in international trade and investment and counsel for foreign-invested enterprises, covering overseas investment, financing and listing, bankruptcy, contract negotiation and commercial arbitration, and serves as deputy director of the Liaoning Bar Association's foreign-related committee and chair of the Shenyang Bar Association's foreign-related committee.
