Mao Lingjian 毛灵见

Mao Lingjian is director and partner at Liqun Law Firm, holding an LLB from Shanxi University and an LLM from China University of Political Science and Law, and was a visiting scholar in IP law at the University of Houston and Morgan Lewis. He is a member of the Ministry of Justice's national foreign-related lawyer talent pool and chairs the Taizhou Bar Association's IP committee. His practice covers corporate and M&A, IP and anti-unfair competition, and securities and capital markets, and he has advised clients on IP matters involving the United States and the EU.
