Min Weiguo 闵卫国

Min Weiguo is a lawyer at D&S Law Firm, a doctoral candidate in civil and commercial law at Wuhan University, with an MBA from Massey University and an LLM in international law from the University of Lincoln, and holds IBA and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators membership. With over 20 years in non-performing asset investment and disposal and over 30 years in finance, securities and international investment, he has led multinational lawyer teams advising Chinese enterprises on acquiring Brazilian mining projects and entering the Gulf markets.
