Peng Yan 彭颜

Peng Yan is a partner and director of Yingcan Law Firm and a CPC member, holding bachelor's and master's degrees in law from Jiangsu Normal University plus an engineering management degree. A Grade-3 lawyer and Xuzhou outstanding lawyer, he serves as a supervisor of the Xuzhou Bar Association and is a member of the Jiangsu foreign-related lawyer talent pool. His practice covers cross-border trade, corporate governance and commercial disputes, finance and insurance, and construction, and he has advised clients on overseas investment and international trade projects.
