Qian Liang 钱梁

Qian Liang is partner and director of Chuqian Law Firm, holding an LLB from East China University of Politics and Law and a master's degree from Soochow University, with 22 years of bilingual practice focused on domestic and cross-border investment and restructuring and commercial dispute resolution. He has led cross-border reorganizations, a CIETAC arbitration between Chinese and US companies, an ICC arbitration in Paris, and a Denmark acquisition by Weifu Group, and is a Ministry of Justice national foreign-related lawyer and Wuxi Bar Association executive director.
