Qiu Mengyun 邱梦赟

Qiu Mengyun is a partner at AllBright Law Offices, based mainly in Shanghai. She holds an LLM from Columbia Law School and an undergraduate law degree from East China University of Political Science and Law, and studied briefly at City University of Hong Kong. She is admitted in China and New York State and is registered as a foreign legal consultant with the New York Supreme Court. Her practice focuses on export controls and sanctions and cross-border dispute resolution. She previously worked as a visiting international lawyer at a leading US disputes firm in New York, and advises multinationals and central SOEs in semiconductors, aviation leasing, shipbuilding, transport, medical devices, chemicals and energy. She has acted in major arbitrations seated in mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore, with particular experience in African and Southeast Asian energy and cross-border investment disputes.
