Shen Jiaying 沈佳颖

Shen Jiaying is a managing partner at Liuhe Law Firm, holding an LLM from the University of Hong Kong and admitted in mainland China and Hong Kong, and having passed the New York bar exam. She has led major cross-border investment and financing projects and helped numerous listed companies and large private enterprises expand overseas across Southeast Asia, North America, Europe, Africa and Australia. She is a member of the All China Lawyers Association's foreign-related committee and chair of the Zhejiang Bar Association's international investment and financing committee, and is on The A-List of China Business Law Journal.
