Shen Jian 沈健

Shen Jian holds a doctorate from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies and previously worked in corporate management at the listed Japanese groups ORIX and Pioneer. He has extensive experience in foreign trade and Japanese-enterprise legal compliance, and has served as counsel to CCTV, Pioneer, Bank of China (Beijing) and Sinosteel, advising Chinese and foreign enterprises on labor disputes, corporate compliance and contract disputes.
