Shen Xiang 沈翔

Shen Xiang is a partner and Grade-3 lawyer at Dentons' Nantong office with an MBA, and previously worked nine years in government investment promotion and judicial administration. He holds advanced English interpretation and Cambridge BEC certificates, and was selected into the Jiangsu foreign-related lawyer talent pool in 2025 and the Ministry of Justice's first national foreign-related lawyer program in 2023. His practice covers cross-border investment and trade, corporate and M&A restructuring, and dispute resolution, advising foreign companies, listed companies and SOEs.
