Shen Zhanchang 沈展昌

Shen Zhanchang is director and party branch secretary of Mintian Law Firm and a PhD candidate in law, a Fujian foreign-related lawyer who trained in Peking University's foreign-related lawyer program. He serves as vice president and legal counsel of the Macau Fuzhou associations, promoting Fujian-Macau foreign-related legal cooperation, and has published works on Chinese and foreign emergency legal systems.
