Su Haiyue 苏海悦

Su Haiyue is supervisory board director and a Grade-3 lawyer, holding an undergraduate degree from Soochow University and a master's degree in international law from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, practicing since 2002. She specializes in foreign-related trade and investment, finance, contracts and corporate matters, and serves on the Jiangsu Bar Association's maritime committee and chairs the Yangzhou Bar Association's foreign-related and maritime committee. She has co-edited books on foreign-related contracts.
