Sun Baohua 孙宝华

Sun Baohua is director and founding partner of Huajian Law Firm, holding a bachelor's degree in science and a master's degree in law, and has practiced since 1993. He studied and worked in the United States for five years from 2003, and the firm has established long-term cooperation with US law firms in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco. He advises large enterprises on overseas investment, financing and listing and participates in major foreign-related project negotiations, and is an arbitrator at the Shenyang Arbitration Commission.
