Sun Jian 孙健

Sun Jian is a partner at Shicheng Law Firm and director of its Xuzhou office, holding an LLB in economic law from Jiangsu University and an LLM from Jiangsu Normal University. He is a director of the Xuzhou Bar Association, an arbitrator at the Shangqiu Arbitration Commission and an independent director of a listed company. He previously chaired the Xuzhou Bar Association's foreign-related committee and focuses on foreign-related investment and financing, securities and finance, company law, construction, state-owned asset management, contract and administrative law, IP and civil-criminal crossover matters.
