Tan Yueqi 谭岳奇

Tan Yueqi studied at Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Wuhan University and the Hague Academy of International Law, earning a PhD in law in 2002. He was director of Zhong Yin Law Firm's Shenzhen office from 2012 to 2016 and chairs the Shenzhen Bar Association's foreign-related committee, and is an arbitrator at CIETAC, SCIA and the Shenzhen Arbitration Commission. With 22 years of practice, he has handled a HKIAC private equity dispute exceeding RMB 1 billion and a Motorola trade contract dispute.
