Tian Xueyi 田学义

Tian Xueyi's practice focuses on foreign investment, cross-border investment, corporate M&A and restructuring, international trade, maritime and admiralty, and foreign-related commercial litigation and arbitration, with TEM-8 English and familiarity with trade negotiations, customs, inspection, international transport and letters of credit. He has represented Chinese enterprises responding to EU, US and Canadian trade remedy investigations, and was named a Tianjin outstanding foreign-related lawyer in 2019.
