Wang Jianming 王建明

Wang Jianming is a partner at DeHeng Law Offices' Wuxi office, focused on M&A, restructuring, cross-border investment and M&A, and international arbitration and cross-border litigation, with study at several universities and internships at foreign law firms. He has advised on the acquisition of Huaren Group, a US$300 million overseas bond issuance and a US claim defense, and his English article was published in LexisNexis' Cross-border Merger & Acquisition in China. He is a Ministry of Justice national foreign-related lawyer and deputy president of the Wuxi Bar Association.
