Wang Li 王立

Wang Li is director and party branch secretary of Pinchuan Law Firm and a Grade-3 lawyer with independent director and UK RFA qualifications, focusing on legal risk prevention and investment and financing for government agencies and enterprises, and serves as an independent non-executive director of a Hong Kong listed company. He has advised a Hong Kong listed company on acquiring domestic assets and served as PRC counsel for a US dollar bond issuance, and is deputy secretary-general of the Changzhou Bar Association.
